ProGuild HQ enforces strict zero server-side search persistence. When you execute queries in Search Studio, matching records are computed strictly in volatile ephemeral memory and streamed directly to your browser or client application.

Mandatory Zero-Retention Guarantee:Search terms, match payloads, extracted records, and downloaded export files are never written to disk, database tables, or persistent access logs.

2. Information We Collect Across the Guild Ecosystem

To provide verified community services, billing, seller operations, and security invariants, we retain only strictly necessary operational metadata:

Account Authentication: Email address, pseudonym/handle, and Argon2id cryptographic password hashes.
Billing & Payouts: Order IDs, transaction hashes (bKash / Nagad / Binance USDT), payment timestamps, and seller withdrawal destination addresses.
Marketplace & Seller Storefronts: Store name, listed product descriptions, download archive metadata, buyer delivery records, and dispute communication logs.
Mentorship Records: Session schedule requests, learning milestone milestones, and communication history between verified mentors and students.
Affiliate Attribution: Referral codes, aggregated impression counts, and commission balances without personal tracking.

All purchases of automation scripts, tools, and digital services are protected by an automated platform escrow. Buyer funds are held in escrow for a 24-hour verification window before payout to the seller. We never store private cryptocurrency keys or bank login credentials.

When exporting datasets from Search Studio, data streams directly from memory into your local storage via the browser File System Access API. File generation happens purely on the client side, ensuring no intermediate cloud file cache is created.

5. Session Integrity & Cookie Standards

We use strictly essential HttpOnly, SameSite cookies to manage secure sessions and prevent Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). ProGuild HQ does not deploy third-party advertising cookies, fingerprinting pixels, or behavioral tracking telemetry.

You retain complete sovereignty over your account. You may request full account deletion, profile purges, or export of your personal operational logs at any time via the in-app support widget or through our official Telegram support desk.
